Other Principals Involved in Project:
  • This website is free to post your “PROJECT”. Examples of projects
    include but are not limited to: Films, TV Shows, Art, Start Ups, Fashion,
    Music, Etc. You will provide the required project details.
  • Funds are for the “PROJECTS” and not to be used for personal funds.
    Much like all businesses, you the requestor can and will be held liable
    for the funds once received and the use. Investors have a right to
    request accounting of the funds.
  • Funds cannot be used for other “PROJECTS” no matter how it relates to
    the “PROJECT” being funded. All funds raised will be used solely for the
    purposes proposed on the website/portal.
  • Once you are funded you will receive the names, numbers, email and
    addresses of all investors, along with the amount they invested. You
    agree not to use this information to solicit funds for additional projects
    or for additional capital raises on the current project. Soliciting funds
    outside the site can cause a ban for future use.
  • All conflicts between funding requestor and investor will be handled
    using mediation. You agree that Fund It Show It, LLC will not be part of
    mediation or other lawsuits as we are only the provider of the
    website/portal and in no way is involved in the “PROJECT” and does not
    know any details that can be used to be part of the mediation or
    lawsuit. Fund it Show it, LLC will be held harmless.
  • You understand that Fund it Show it, LLC will take 5% of the total raise,
    plus 3 to 5% processing fee for handling the money to cover the costs.
