  • Fund It Show It, LLC is not responsible for the success of any project
    within the website/portal.
  • No funds can be returned once the project in fully funded.
  • All money contributed toward a “PROJECT” that does not fund by the
    requested date or the extended date will be refunded to the
    contributor within 30 days. Please review the FAQ section for more
    information.
  • You have the right to request a USE OF FUNDS accounts from the
    campaign owner.
  • All conflicts between funding requestor and investor will be handled
    using mediation. You agree that Fund It Show It, LLC will not be part of
    mediation or other lawsuits as we are only the provider of the
    website/portal and in no way is involved in the “PROJECT” and does not
    know any details that can be used to be part of the mediation or
    lawsuit. Fund it Show it, LLC will be held harmless.
