Is there a fee to list my crowdfunding campaign?
No, there is no fee to list your campaign. There is a fee only when you reach your fundraising goals of 5% plus 3 – 5% processing fee to collect and handle collection of funds.

  • Actors/Actress – Need help financing the things to get your career going? This can include photography, videos, memberships to SAG or other organizations, Etc.
  • Real Estate Flips (no personal residences)
  • Real Estate Rental Purchases – this includes AIR BNB/VERBO (no personal residences)
  • Start Ups
  • Tech
  • Charity – (we will request a copy of proof of non-profit status)
    Personal Enhancements (creatives such as actors and actresses sometimes want to change or enhance features for their career)
  • Naughty Websites (no Escort service sites or similar personal companion sites – this is for sites like OnlyFans, Fansly or other similar sites).
  • Personal real estate – you cannot live within the property which you are raising the funds for – NO PERSOANL RESIDENSES OF ANY KIND. This included relatives. The property can only be for FLIPS or RENTALS.
  • Any illegal activities. Anyone listing a campaign that has an illegal aspect to it will be reported to the authorities. We will not jeopardize our business for your illegal one.
  • Other Crowdfunding Start-Ups – please do not create competition for us by using our website.
  • Yes, you can list projects that will not be used commercially to generate revenue. This must be disclosed. If at any time you do produce revenue from the “PROJECT” your investors or doners should be notified and given an option for their portion of the revenue.
  • If you are a 501C3 or other non-profit, please list this in your classified posted.
  • You can raise more than your goal. You can turn off and end your campaign at any time once you reach your goal.
  • Option 1: The funds contributed will be returned to the person or company that contributed.
  • Option 2: You can extend your campaign end date. We will notify each contributor, and they will have an option to stay in the campaign or request a return of their contribution.
  • Option 3: If you have hit the 80% of your funding goal, we can contact your contributors and get permission to release the funds.
  • We take 5% of the funding goal plus a 3 to 5% processing fee to cover the costs of accepting and holding the money through the various platforms we use to collect.
  • You have option of returning the money to the contributors or use the money for other aspects of the project – such as marketing. You cannot use the money for other projects. It must ALL be used for the funded project.
  • Yes, you can. Your contributors have the option of staying in or requesting their money back if it is extended.
  • If your project loses money and there is no foreseeable revenue in the future, notify your contributors and they can discuss how to process with their accountant or lawyers for the loss.
  • If your project fails and there is no potential for it to recover, notify your contributors and they can discuss how to process with their accountant or lawyers for the loss.
  • How you handle your business and contributors is your own business. We suggest that you do have something to show your contributors, because if you are successful, you will want them in your next project. You never want people to question what you are doing with their money.
